Rückerstattungsrichtlinie

For all products, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after we have shipped your item(s) to have the items returned to us from the time the order is shipped. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@adoratti.com. Please note that returns can be sent to the address provided for returns, only after acceptance and confirmation by email, for US and Canada purchases.

For US and Canada purchases of our hand made leather bags and purses, if your return request is accepted, you will need to return the item at your cost to the address as shown by mail with appropriate tracking information.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may well not be accepted.  If the return is due to an issue on our end, wrong color sent as an example, we will cover the costs of the return.

For EU and international purchases, if your return is accepted, you will need to return at your cost with tracking details so that we may monitor the shipment.  We will provide the address to return these to once we have confirmed and accepted your return request.  Return location for orders outside of the US and Canada will be in the EU, so return shipping charges will be minimal.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the item you purchased for another color or style, please first reach out to us at info@adoratti.com to initiate the exchange.  Once the exchange request is received, we will provide you the address to return the item(s).  Return costs are borne by the buyer, and we ask that you provide us the tracking number once shipped.  Once we have received the items(s) at the address provided, we will package and ship the desired items back to you.  There is a $15 charge for exchanges to cover the cost of shipping, packing and materials.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
