All Adoratti handbags are handcrafted in Italy from genuine leather (Vera Pelle). Once your order is placed, each piece is prepared by hand. Processing time is approximately 1–2 business days before shipment.

Responsibility After Dispatch

Once a package has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, title and responsibility transfer to the Buyer. Any issues (delays, loss, or damage in transit) must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier (DHL, UPS, or USPS) by the Buyer.

Exchange orders will carry a partial additional charge to cover return shipping, labor, and materials for the replacement item.
